A valid booking confirmation issued through the Lemon Leaf website or our authorised booking channels must be presented at the time of check-in.

Full payment or the applicable advance deposit must be settled at the time of booking. For reservations made through channels other than the website, the outstanding amount may be collected at or prior to check-in.

All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. Lemon Leaf reserves the right to retain or record identification details as required under applicable regulations.

Guests are requested to ensure that all information provided at the time of reservation is accurate and complete.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours / 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, depending upon the applicable booking policy or rate plan, will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made after the applicable cancellation window may result in forfeiture of the first night's accommodation charge or such amount as specified in the applicable booking terms.

In the event of a no-show, the entire reservation amount may be forfeited and no refund shall be applicable.

No refund or adjustment shall ordinarily be applicable for early departure after check-in.

Standard check-in commences at 4:00 PM.

Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and must provide valid government-issued identification.

Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy specified for their respective accommodation. Additional or unregistered guests may be accommodated only with prior approval from management and subject to applicable charges.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times. Any disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Guests shall be financially responsible for any loss, breakage, damage, or destruction caused to the resort's property, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or other assets through negligence, misuse, or wilful conduct.

All photographs, videos, written content, graphics, logos, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on the Lemon Leaf website are owned by or licensed to Lemon Leaf and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially utilised without prior written permission.

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure that descriptions, photographs, amenities, availability, and pricing displayed on the website are accurate, Lemon Leaf reserves the right to rectify inadvertent errors, omissions, pricing discrepancies, or technical glitches.

Photographs displayed on the website are intended to provide a general representation of the property and accommodation. Actual views, furnishings, décor, landscaping, or room configuration may vary slightly.

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, electronic devices, luggage, and other possessions. Lemon Leaf shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, misplacement, or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Lemon Leaf shall not be held responsible for temporary website unavailability, technical interruptions, connectivity issues, system errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the booking process.

The resort reserves the right to modify, relocate, suspend, or cancel a reservation where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Maharashtra, India.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Bhor, Pune, Maharashtra.
